I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Vasquez, PHD, LCSW-S at Inspired Practice, LLC with a passion for supporting women and families through some of life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions. I believe therapy is a space where growth happens when you are given room to pause, reflect, and gently turn toward what matters most.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa in 2014. This foundation sparked my interest in understanding human behavior, emotional well-being, and the importance of compassionate support. I went on to receive my Master of Social Work from the University of Montana in Missoula in 2024, where I deepened my clinical skills and commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care.
My work focuses on supporting women and families navigating life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum experiences, identity shifts, and changes in family dynamics. I understand that these seasons can bring joy, uncertainty, grief, and growth—often all at once. You don’t have to navigate them alone.
I emphasize creating space for reflection, self-compassion, and intentional change. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we slow down and explore what is emerging in your life, allowing insight and clarity to unfold at your own pace. This approach honors your strengths, your story, and your readiness for change.
In our work together, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
